General conditions

You can book an apartment directly through our web page, sending a email or by calling the number above.
Through our web page you will be able to choose the apartment that you prefer and make your own reservation. When booking, depending on the apartment, you will be charged between 20%-35,4% of the price of the accommodation on your credit card. We do require a deposit to hold your reservation. When the payment of this charge has been confirmed, our web page will generate a reservation number, which will be needed for any communication with Ara367.
At times and depending on the season, the client can be asked to pay in advance between 50% up to the total cost of the apartment rental.
After booking, you will receive confirmation by email containing all of your reservation details, including the name and contact number of the person who will meet you at the flat. This email is important as you will need for any communication with ARA367.
Please, take note that the initial booking fee for all reservations is non-refundable and non-transferable in any case.
We recommend you to take some travel insurance.
In case of any cancellation, even due to any major incidents, the conditions of cancellation shall be applicable as established above.
The obligatory cleaning fee refers to the cost of cleaning the apartment after your stay.
Additional cleaning services are available upon request with its corresponding fees.
Reservation modifications (changes in dates, number of persons or apartment) are possible subject to ARA367 acceptance; a corresponding cost of 20€ is applicable.
In case of changes in the number of days: with fewer days, the remaining balance stays the same; as understood to be as compensation to the owner for breach of contract. With more days, you pay the required additional sum on arrival.
If Ara367 cannot, for various reasons, offer the apartment that has been reserved by the client, Ara67 has the right to place him in an alternative apartment with similar characteristics, provided that other alternatives are available and depending on the season.
If no agreement can be reached both contractual parties are authorized to cancel the contract. In this case Ara367 will refund to the client all the money paid, except the part corresponding to the days that the apartment was used, if this were the case.


The check-in time is from 15.00 hrs to 22.00 hrs. Check-in from 22.00 hrs to 24,00 hrs has a supplement of 50 €. Please contact with enough time to confirm the details of check-in, please if you have any delay, call to the phone that you have provided in your confirmation. If you arrive by plain, call us when you arrive to the airport to prevent delays.
On the day of the arrival to the apartment, our staff will be waiting to show it, if you the precise any help with the electrical devices, and give you the keys.
You must pay the remainder of your stay the same day of arrival. A deposit of 150 € will be required at your arrival, that will be returned if there are no incidences in the apartment the day of his departure.

Remember that once you are in the apartment and everything is ok for you, the amount paid to the owner and you will not be returned under any circumstances unless there once problems of force majeure, and are not properly corrected at the time.



You must leave the apartment before 11.00 a.m.
On the day of departure, we must know in advance of the exact time to leave the apartment, in order to meet you to refund the deposit if all is ok, and return us the keys.

If you want to leave the apartment after the scheduled time may apply for late check out service for a fee of 30 euros (on request).

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your reservation, there is a charge depending on the days before and the
fare choosen:

Low Cost Fare:

Please note, cancellations or modifications date before one week of the arrival date, will be charged 25% of the total stay.

Cancellations after this date, or no show will be charged 100% of the total stay.

Open Fare:

If cancelled, or modified booking dates until a week before arrival no charge will be made. For cancellations, changes after, or not show, we will charge 100% of the total amount.

If Ara367 makes any cancellation of your booking, for whatever reason, will be forced to seek an accommodation with similar characteristics with the same price even if the apartment that is offered outside higher amount.
If the customer does not accept the offer alternative Ara367 will return the entire pre-paid.
If Ara367 has no alternative accommodation will proceed directly to restore the full prepayment made.
To avoid any damage to property, any cancellation of the booking must be properly communicated by the client immediately Ara367, regardless of the advance is made.
Important: Only in cases where the client does not communicate the cancellation of the reservation and / or the customer does not come into the apartment on the day agreed without prior notice, Ara367 will be entitled to take appropriate legal action to claim the customer corresponding compensation.
You are renting a private apartment and after making a reservation, the owner will have the apartment locked and reserved only for you.

Rules of the apartments

You will be accommodated in an apartment that is part of a building with a community of neighbors, so for a few days to become a citizen.
Please, respect the hours of silence from neighbors, coexistence rules and civility necessary at all times.
All clients must respect the rules, the apartments are places of accommodation, parties are not allowed, and too high music levels are not permitted. These flats are designed for your rest, to eat and be able to use it as a place of rest and relaxation during their holidays or your business in our city.
Please, respect the following rules and it will help to make your stay a good experience.

- Parties are not allowed.
- Hours of silence: Monday through Friday from 22.00 hrs at 09:00 hrs.
- Saturdays and Sundays from 22:00 hrs to 10.00 hrs.
- Noise is not allowed in public areas of the building, and stairs.
- Please do not smoke inside the apartment, use windows or balconies for that purpose.
- Remember to throw away the bag of rubbish from the apartment every day.
- Try to leave the apartment in the living conditions that you found it, making good use of their content
- Remember to turn off electrical appliances and air conditioning every time you leave the apartment.
- We give you the apartment clean and in good conditions, therefore we ask you to deliver us the apartment in the same conditions. If the apartment is found in deplorable conditions, the cost of extra cleaning will be deducted from the deposit.
- All customers must deal with the apartments, furniture and devices with complete respect. Has a good behavior in the surroundings of the building.
- Complaints that owners or neighbors can submit by excessive noise in the apartment stairs of the buildings or community areas, for misconduct or any other reason that causes troubles in the neighborhood, will be invited to leave immediately the property without compensation, in that case Ara367, and the deposit will be delivered to the community as compensation.

Guests number

You will be required to provide details of the number of occupants, adults, children over or under 12 years, (babies will be provided with cots provided on request).
Not accepting more tenants for which reservation has been made, unless they inform in advance and pay the difference in price.


One pet is accepted per apartment with a supplement of € 10 per night.
The animals in any case should always be supervised, never left alone in the apartment, they must bring home a place where conditioners, maintain proper hygiene standards, not cause noise to the neighborhood, which is why we will be called to evict the property.


Any claim must be sent us by e-mail immediately, so we can inform the owner, and always before leaving it, to be able to help you find the best solution for you.
Ara367 publishes photos, prices and details of the apartments that the owner provides and allows. We will do everything possible to verify this information and ensure their accuracy at all times. However does not assume any responsibility for changes made by the owner without notice at his apartment to us.
Claims made to Ara367, once it has left the apartment will not be enforceable in any event so, no complaints ALLOWED days after the departure. It will be deemed to agree to your accommodation if you have decided to remain there.We accept any comment you want to send us with the aim of improving our service.
We only will attend complaints received by e-mail.


Ara367 or their representatives, shall not be liable for any claims made by clients or any other person for loss, theft, and damage in any of the apartments, as well as damage to persons or any other kind, is not responsible for negligence, bad use of facilities, nor fortuitous contingencies for lack of supply in the apartments, as well as faults or cracks in them, which must be communicated immediately to the owner or representative and that in any case of the latter will be his immediate replacement or settlement.
All information and resources regarding the accommodations are provided by the accommodation owner.
